The balcony cannot be opened, which is understandable, as most hotels in Sao Paulo are like this, but as a top 10 4-star hotel, it is unacceptable that you have such a bad internet connection. The breakfast is good, the old man who makes omelettes in the restaurant is very cute, and everything else is quite satisfactory.

環境衞生都很好，週一到週四酒店都提供自助餐，對於展覽會期間回酒店已經八點的人來説，在酒店慢慢的吃個晚餐去除一天的疲勞，相當愜意！就是房間稍微有點吵

The rooms are not great. Room size is good.
Reception Staffs were not cooperative because i booked through trip.com and directly. Not value for money. Location is good. Breakfast is ok.
